1. Information We Collect

When you register for I Crackers Easy Billing, we collect your Shop Name, Owner Name, WhatsApp Mobile Number, Email Address, Stall Address, District, and optional GSTIN. During billing, the system processes your sales items, customer phone numbers (if entered for invoice SMS), and payment modes.

2. How Your Data is Used

Your data is used solely to generate your invoices, compute inventory deductions, produce accounting and tax reports, and activate your seasonal licence.

3. Security and Multi-Tenant Isolation

We employ bank-grade HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (Bcrypt), CSRF protection, and strict tenant isolation rules where every operational database record is scoped to your tenant_id. No other customer can access or view your sales data.

4. Payment Security

All credit card, debit card, and UPI transactions are handled directly via Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant secure servers. Infossel Soft Solutions never stores your credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank passwords.
